Are you an aspiring make up artist? Are you looking to express yourself creatively in the beauty industry? I offer one on one training for basic make up techniques theory and tools needed to get started. All you need is your creativity from there.

I have been training other artist for over 15 years. When I started working for Christian Dior in NYC it quickly became apparent that this was a rewarding part of my career working with others and teaching the newest collections and theories in the industry. To this day I always put myself in situations where I can work with other artist with all ranges of experience. Each artist has his or her own way of creating through their own art perception and technique. Once you know the basics the sky is the limit to build from there. I have over 20 year experience that I would love to share with you.

Learn all aspects of the art, theory, and application of make-up, and acquire the tools and techniques to practice makeup artistry with ease. We will help you to evaluate, prepare, and choose the proper products for all skin tones, for every occasion. This course includes theory, demonstrations, and hand-on training to prepare you for a glamorous career as a professional makeup artist.

Make-up classes are kept very small, a maximum of 5 people, and lasting for two and a half hours, so there's plenty of personal attention and chance to practice the techniques in easy step-by-step lessons. You may also be guided as to what products are essential and needed for your make up kit. A certificate will be issued upon completion of course.

Join us for a hour and a half seminar on what to carry in your make- up case as a professional make-up artist! We will go over tricks and tips to keep organized, light and light on the pocket book too!! What is necessary and what is not! What colors to choose and what colors that aren't necessary! Fun and interactive!

Airbrush Make-up for Intro Training (Beginners)

A complete introductory course to applying airbrush make-up and mastering the use of the tools as well as troubleshooting. This class will teach you the fundementals of airbrush make-up, product knowledge and application technique. You will learn how to properly match foundation color as well as apply blush, high lighting and eyebrows. To attend you will need to bring a compressor and airbrush gun as a requirement. If you are looking to purchase an airbrush and compressor we can help you with that as well.

Eyelash Extensions Training and Certification

The eyelash extensions training is an intense seven hour course that will educate you on all the important aspects of applying eyelash extensions properly. This is going to be an extremely "Hands ON" training.

Don’t try and reinvent the wheel by “Trial and Error.” Our training gives you everything that you need to satisfy your clients from day one. Working with the eye area is very delicate and you should have proper training in application of any product to the eye area.

Theory
The beginning part of this class will focus on theory, product knowledge, procedure and technique, frequently asked questions, how to market yourself and who to market to, client safety and sanitation, Consent form, adhesive and chemicals you will be working with. The rest of the day will be focused on procedure, mock client evaluation and lots and lots of practice. You will be supervised as you apply your extensions and critiqued and evaluated by your technique.

You will learn everything you will need to apply lashes correctly and will recieve a certificate of completion at the end of the seminar.

All about Eyes

Learn all you need to know about the eye area specifically…the eyes are the first feature people see when they see you…and the windows to your soul.

You will learn:

• Eyebrow sculpting…the secrets to creating a perfect eyebrow shape and waxing techniques
• How to Eyelash and Eyebrow Tint
• What colors are best for each eye color and how to get eye make-up to stay all day
• Specific techniques for different eye shapes and age groups and ethnicity
• Step by step instruction on how to contour, elongate or create an illusion
• Skin care techniques for daily use.

Building your Professional Make-up Portfolio

Learn how to build your professional make-up portfolio to demonstrate and showcase your artistic abilities to a possible client or employer. You will learn how to put together a portfolio step by step as well as what the pros are looking for. The second half of this day will be doing real life make-up applications with a professional photographer on hand to take pictures of your work by days end.

Tween and Teen…Beginning to Wear Make-up

Venturing into the big confusing world of make-up is confusing enough for the seasoned professional…imagine what it feels like for a teen who’s just beginning and unless her mom is in the industry she generally learns on her own. Take the guess work out of your teen clientele and learn all you can about tween and teen techniques. You will be taken through basic skincare needs to what colors, textures and techniques are best for her features. Make a big impact on a young life.
